This is for those who just need a quick coaching session and know they don't want future sessions. 

* This is the most expensive option. It's cheaper to get a package below if you want to dive deeper. This is best for quick 1-time advice.

This includes 10 sessions in all.... 

* 1 Introductory discovery session

* 6 sessions walking you through Attachment Styles (video series)

* 3 sessions of walking you through the "Comfort Circle" (what you learned in the video series)

* Each session is about 1.5 hours

* A $700.00  SAVINGS (because sessions go longer than 1 hour)

* Homework (read and discuss) assigned between sessions. 

This is best for those wanting on-going support and/or want to work on many areas in your life. We will meet once a month (or 12 times). One-hour sessions. This also provides you with full text and email access to me in between sessions. Any special given will not apply to this package because it's already greatly discounted.

This is best for those too busy to come to in person sessions. This includes:

* 1 face-to-face (in person or Zoom) discovery session. 1 hour

* 4 (30 min.) sessions you can get when you're driving to and from anywhere. Bring whatever issue you want quick resolution or something you need to process with a coach. 

Do you have to be driving? No... but it'll be helpful for those who travel a lot. Each of these sessions will only be 30 min and don't have to be in person. 

* Session 1- Meet with 1 partner 

* Session 2- Meet with the other partner 

* Both take an online test (cost included) 

* Session 3- Meet with you both to go over your results
